About Me:
I am a counselor by trade, and believe in the power of rational and realistic thinking, and unconditional positive regard for others. In true Gemini fashion, I consider myself both a beach and mountain girl. I love to feel the sand squish between my toes and am lulled into a state of tranquility by the rush of the waves. But I am drawn to the hills of my family's Appalachian roots and adore the burst of color that appears in the fall when the leaves change. I love to travel, read, cook and eat, hike with my dog, bellydance, and basically anything that continues to challenge me to challenge myself.
